Return Policy

At Studio Feiida, every candle and body care product is crafted with intention and care. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, body care products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please email us at hr@studiofeiida.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The damaged item

  • Your order number

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.

Studio Feiida reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
