ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, choose your size or scent, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we work in small batches, orders begin processing quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at hr@feiida.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee adjustments.
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Studio Feiida ships worldwide from Norway. Shipping fees vary by region and are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are based on your location and order weight. All fees will appear at checkout before payment.

Are your candles handmade?
Yes. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches using premium wax blends and fine fragrance oils.
Will items restock?

In short: returns are accepted within 14 days in original, unused condition.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available depending on stock. Email us at hr@feiida.com to arrange an exchange.
