Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All Studio Feiida orders are shipped from Norway.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?
Processing time is typically 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Candles

What wax do you use?
Our candles are crafted using a clean-burning wax blend designed for optimal scent performance and a smooth, even burn.

How can I get the best burn from my candle?

  • Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn

  • Allow the candle to burn until the wax melts evenly to the edges (especially on the first burn)

  • Avoid burning for more than 3–4 hours at a time

Proper care ensures maximum scent throw and longevity.

Are your vessels reusable?
Yes. Our aluminium vessels are designed to be reused or recycled. Once finished, simply clean with warm water and mild soap.

Body Care

Are your body butters suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are crafted with nourishing butters and oils. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially for sensitive skin.

Are your body butters water-based or oil-based?
We offer water-based emulsified body butters for deep hydration with improved absorption, leaving skin soft without heaviness.

How should I store my body butter?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposure to high heat to preserve texture and fragrance.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
For hygiene reasons, body care products cannot be returned once opened. Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
